Google Search Results Page Has Changed

Well, it came as a nice surprise to see that Google Search Results’ page has changed.

For some reason it just looks and feels more open and clean.

Here is a snapshot:

URL’s are now at the top and Descriptions look significantly shorter. I guess they realized people just scan and don’t really read much of the description.

It also looks as if they increased the margins in between listings. Font also looks crisper in my opinion.

Remember to optimize your online store accordingly. Ideally your shopping cart should allow you to set your product page Title tags as well as the Description META tags.
